Terrible experience. I won a couple of tickets to see Snake Oil perform on new years eve. I decided to go to it because I wanted to check out The Venue and when we went to enter I was told one of the tickets had already been used and would have to go to the players club and they would take care of it. The agent cleared the scan and at last we entered. We got to the table only to see someone in it. Soon others showed up only to find their seats filled. After 4 or 5 workers checked and rechecked all the tickets the show had started. We were one table away from the stage and right in the center. They realized all 8 tickets were duplicated and decided since we were only 2 that they would move us. I wasn't happy but they moved us to the farthest corner of the venue. We passed many empty seats on the way and were told we may move to them if they don't fill. Since this far corner seat was unacceptable we chose to leave instead of wait it out. It was a total waste and ruin to our new years eve. There was zero empathy from the workers involved and they had no clue what to do. Obviously Ticketmaster screwed up printing.
